Urban Real Estate School was a fantastic experience. I am a license Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida and found myself needing to take my 14-hour continuing education, which is a requirement every two years. Just forgot which renewal group I was in and DBPR was using an incorrect email for me, therefore I was NOT receiving any notices!
